    Rules for using bonus balance in bets

    Whenever you place bets and have both real money balance and bonus balance, you always use the real money amounts first. For example: if you have $10.000,00 in real money and $30.000,00 in bonuses, and you place a $5.000,00 bet, then $5.000,00 from the real money balance is used. After the bet, you will have $5.000,00 in real money and $30.000,00 in bonuses, and any winnings will be credited as real money.

    Withdrawal Rules

    In order to make a withdrawal of your bonus or the winnings generated from it, it is necessary to fulfill the bonus release conditions. This means you must place bets equivalent to the specified rollover outlined in the bonus details.

    Even if the total rollover for the bonus is completed, if there is another active bonus that hasn't fulfilled its rollover, the winnings generated from the first bonus still cannot be withdrawn. In other words, when you have two or more active bonuses simultaneously, you must complete the rollover for all of them before being able to withdraw the winnings generated from the bonuses.

    If, even without having released all bonuses, the customer decides to withdraw their real money balance, this is possible, but they will forfeit the accumulated balance in their bonus account.

    Rollover rules

    In general, rollover means the total amount of money you will have to bet, determined by the amount of the bonus awarded, multiplied by the amount of rollover stated in the bonus conditions.     Bet amount = $ 2.500,00
    $ 2.500,00 x 5 = $ 12.500,00
    Potential winnings = $ 10.000,00

    The rollover will be processed at the close of bets. If the bet is voided, the rollover is not taken into account.


    Rollover for casino bets

    For casino bets, the total amount of the bet constitutes the rollover.
